Use of the BEST text message-based service is subject to the following Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legal agreement. Please read them carefully.

1. You can choose to receive text messages from BEST by opting in. To sign up, just text “JOIN” to a specific number we will give you to get notifications from BEST.

   You can stop receiving text notifications from BEST anytime by texting “STOP” to the number we gave you. After you send “STOP,” we’ll send you a message to confirm you’re unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending text messages to you again.

2. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you, and BEST is not liable for the cost of any such messages.

3. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. You understand that anyone with access to your cell phone may be able to view the messages you receive from BEST. You agree that BEST will not be liable to you if this occurs.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service and providing us with your cell phone number when you opt-in to the BEST text messaging service, you authorize BEST to contact you by text message at your cell phone number using an automatic telephone dialing system or any other computer-assisted technology as applicable. Please note that BEST will not share your number with any other entity.
